The size of the pipeline from the holding basin to the Wharton County line is still under study, though the route is expected to be about 19 miles long. LCRA estimates it will need 100-foot-wide easements to accommodate the pipeline. SAWS is still studying the pipeline size and potential route from the county line to San Antonio.
