how big of food should i feed a 18″ ball python?
Answer Hi Tyler, well first the Ball python (python regius)is most active during dawn and dusk, and grow to about four feet in length some do get five feet,for food wild ball pythons live on lizards,snakes and small birds and dont recognize mice as food and could pose a challenge to feed some wild caughts go for up to a year with out eating (not good) captive bred balls will eat pinkies(baby mice)and small fuzzies when hatchlings and up to 16- 17 inches, after that small mice and rat fuzzies should be just fine.
