Well that’s hard to say, there may be one in the Book of world records, but the biggest one I know of is one that was on a TV game show in 1975 called The Magnificent Marble Machine. The machine was 20 feet high and 12 feet long. The biggest machine that was produced to be put in arcades was Hercules which was 93 inches long, 39 inches wide, and 83 inches high.
