How big are the apartments? How many bathrooms and bedrooms are there?
Park Place has two different types of apartments that accommodate 6 students each. The first type is a standard three bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. These bedrooms are about 16.5 feet by 15 feet including the closet and bathroom. If you dont count the closet and bathroom the room is about 15 feet by 11 feet. Most of these apartments have washers and dryers but there are several which dont. These apartments are about 1225 square feet but one is 200 square feet larger. In this large apartment the downstairs bedroom has an extra large walk-in closet and the two upstairs bedrooms have two separate walk-in closets. The front room and kitchen are much larger. This large apartment does not have a washer and dryer. The second type of apartment has 6 single private bedrooms. These single bedroom apartments have three bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom.
