I don’t know exactly how big he was when he was born, but my Shih Tzu Cubby was only 1 1/2 pounds when I brought him home at 8 weeks old. I would think it a good thing if they are a little big, that just means they are probably healthy, I would only be concerned if they were too tiny. Hope they are doing well.
