How Balanced is the Balanced Scorecard?
Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management The balanced scorecard uses four perspectives of the strategic management system; however, there are a number of other areas that require further balancing. Areas that require further attention by the balanced scorecard are enterprise factors, continuity and change, proactive and reactive drivers, and internal and external factors of execution.
