Well, it’s not BAD – it’s a pass grade. You’d have one of your 5 A-C’s if you got a C in maths but in most places they won’t let you take maths at A-level with anything less that a B. If you didn’t want to take A-level maths then you’d be OK but a GCSE in maths is one of the first things employers look for.
