How bad does stripping membranes hurt?
They told me it would be “uncomfortable” but I went in with the theory that if it did hurt it was “practise pain” lol. For me, it was somewhere in the middle – a bit more than just uncomfortable but not really painful either. Definitely tolerable but makes you squirm a tiny bit 🙂 Try not to be too nervous, just like a pap smear, staying calm helps. Hope this helps, and best of luck to you.
