How bad does decomposition smell like?
It smells bad, really bad. As a farmer we do get livestock that dies and in the summer it doesn’t take very long for the smell to be really nauseating. Even if we get the body removed by the collection service the smell that arrives with his wagon is enough to make you retch. I’ve never actually been physically sick but very close. I’ve farmed all my life and it’s a smell that you never get accustomed to.
