It started with 20 minutes – Pulse and BP return to normal. Then it said 24 hours then 72 hours, 1 to 2 weeks, 1 month and so on up to about ten years. This was VERY helpful as i could see the best benefits as encouragement to keep on keepin on. I have lost this paper and don’t know where to get another one.
