We work closely with our customers, research their technology needs, and compare that with their existing hardware and software. We make products that online configuration tools can’t build. Our standards exceed far beyond the norm—in fact, we are compliant with many military, hospital and industrial grade standards. We know we don’t have to go this far, but we want the highest level of quality of user experience possible. Every system is hand-built and supported here in northern California by our in-house team of experts. We never outsource labor and/or tech support.
