First and foremost, we are a private studio that is privately owned – huge crowds are not a part of Personal Fitness Revolution. We have no alliances to huge corporate gyms, and we work for our clients only. Unfortunately, many corporate trainers are paid bonuses and are under a lot of pressure to sell clients supplements and other things they may not need. Also, many corporate gyms don’t require trainers to have a top certification (PFR recommends that you always ask trainers what certifications they hold!) Their job is to keep you coming in, whether you’re making progress or not, and their workout routines are designed for the masses. We design each program and nutritional regimen from scratch, based on the individual’s needs and current fitness level.
