How are white collar crimes handled by the courts?
White collar crimes are very complicated matters and are pursued at several levels. Many cases involve government agencies investigating the alleged crimes. These agencies can include regulatory branches like the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or can involved law enforcement agencies like the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
