How are we supposed to get back and forth between Kingston Pike Building and the central campus?
We’re working on several options for transportation. First, we plan to have at least three vehicles (two cars and one van) at the Kingston Pike Building Building designated for check-out when you need to visit another campus location. The keys will be kept at the receptionist desk along with a check-out log. When you need to go to a meeting simply log in the campus destination and time of departure, and take one of the available vehicles. When you return take the keys back to the receptionist and log in the return time. Another option we’re pursuing, albeit it a long-term one, is requesting one of the T bus or trolley routes be altered to include a stop at the Kingston Pike Building Building. Finally, we will have a supply of “red dot” tags that can be used with your personal vehicle if no other method is available. Discussions are continuing, but you would likely be required to log mileage and location for personal car use in order to document the trip as official University business
