How are we reducing liability when we enter things that dont meet criteria under Resource Linkage, but we depend on the reporter to take it to the family?
If the report doesnt meet acceptance criteria, there is no liability for P&P. By utilizing Multiple Response were referring the caller to a community partner who may be able to assist the family by providing an assessment or services which may not be available through the department, instead of telling them theres nothing we can do.
