How are water charges calculated for industrial properties?
For industrial properties, the service charge is determined by the size of the water tap. A bi-monthly service charge of $6.30 for a ¾” tap and $19.00 for a 2″ tap is assessed to each account each billing period regardless of usage. Water rates for consumptions of 1 through 170,000 gallons are $2.00 per each one thousand gallons and $2.50 per one thousand gallons for usage over 170,000 gallons.
