How are vouchers and other travel documents handled for online bookings?
Romantica Tours offers e-mailed vouchers for any booking paid in full. For any booking that requires documentation in addition to e-mail vouchers, ALL documents and vouchers for the booking will be delivered via US Mail or an “express” shipment service. Please read carefully the following notes about your documents: Vouchers: Once you receive your vouchers, please review them to ensure that they are in agreement with your request and advise any discrepancies immediately. It is imperative that you retain voucher copies and present them to suppliers in Europe to receive prepaid services. Also, vouchers list local telephone numbers in the event of flight delays and other changes, IN WHICH CLIENTS SHOULD ADVISE HOTELS/SUPPLIERS DIRECTLY OR CALL OUR 24/7 EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER.
