How are vendor and product line decisions made?
A – Product and Marketing program decisions are made by the Steering and Marketing Committees. The committee’s go through the initial process of receiving information on a product or service, then TruStar headquarters passes the information on to other key members of the group for their review. Once the other key members are presented with the information and have provided their input, the two committee’s make the final decision to approve the product or service for the group.
