• At the end of every month, CBIZ will review a list of all debit cards about to be suspended. The swipe(s) in question will be marked as a “NQE.” This will create a balance due on the participant’s account. Any future manual/paper claim payments will be reduced by the balance due. Participants will be reminded of balance due on myflexonline.com. You, the employer, can view participants with a balance due on www.eflexonline.com. • If the participant doesn’t have enough balance to cover the swipe it will create a negative balance on the participants account. This will be included in the forfeiture process.
