How are unanticipated costs or repairs handled?
Each asset will have a capital expense reserve that will be taken from the monthly fee. If for any reason, this reserve would not handle an expense, Fractional Advantage will assume the cost of the repair, another great Fractional Advantage! Each asset will have “Down or Maintenance” time scheduled throughout the year, at times most convenient to the owners.
