How Are Tutors Selected for Assignment by Atrium?
Each tutor is individually interviewed and selected by Lauren C. Salit, our Managing Director and Educational Placement Coordinator, along with the Educational Team, based on previous experience and educational qualifications. Atrium screens many qualified tutors in order to seek out those who possess a high level of skill and the personality traits which Atrium believes are most conducive to tutoring. Tutors who are not personally known to Atrium, or its staff, undergo a background investigation including criminal background check before they can qualify for assignment.
