How are training records kept and by whom?
A flight school must by law, keep very detailed records on pilot trainees. We are answerable to the FAA, the TSA and other agencies and are subject to the laws concerning security and privacy. Many records are stored electronically and can only be accessed by authorized persons. Hard copy records are stored in filing cabinets which are locked whenever the office is closed.
