How are Title 1 Reading teachers set up?
If they don’t have a defined roster (IE they work with different groups of kids that rotate in and out), then it does not have to be scheduled. They are given a Staff Role of EC Co-Teacher with the Staff Duty of Non-Scheduled Instructional Support with the approximate number of students that they support. If they have a definable roster that meets on a regular basis, then it does need to be scheduled as Individual Curriculum – 0001.
