How are Tire Stewardship Fees (TSFs) calculated under the Plan?
TSFs are calculated in accordance with the Fee Setting Methodology contained in the approved Plan. These TSFs reflect only the costs associated with managing used tires to approved end uses as outlined in the Used Tires Program Plan.
