How are they strung?

I’m a traditionalist when it comes to stringing pearls. As such, I use silk threads which are very tough, yet a bit flexible. I was trained by the best of Chinese silk stringers (thanks guys!). All MHD strands are strung by hand (many stringers use tools these days) by me or one of my assistants who I have personally trained in stringing technique. We also use many “safety knots” which appear between every 1-10 pearls (depending on the size). In doing so, if your strand breaks, you’ll only drop a few pearls on the ground and should be able to find them all! I also use 14k “French wire” to hide the silk at the end of the strands. Each piece is also adored with a 14k gold or sterling silver “MH logo”.
