Normally, you decide, as you know your group best. You may wish to use existing teams, mix up existing teams, put specific people together, put people of similar types together, put people of conflicting types together or do it at random. We would be happy to consider conducting a quick behavioural analysis or survey as part of the event to help with team selection if you so wish.
