How are the storage buildings constructed?

0

Our storage buildings are designed to keep the elements out and to allow for good ventilation. They are built of concrete block, and coated with a special paint which waterproofs the walls from the outside but allows moisture to escape from the inside. The ceilings are drywall and the attics are vented. Partitions between units go from the floor to the ceiling, allowing privacy of each unit. The buildings have concrete floors which are raised above the driveway level, and the concrete drives are sloped away from the buildings so water runs away from the buildings.
