How are the special audition time requests handled?
When a special audition time request is received, it is filed in order of receipt for priority of assignment. The Executive Board of ETVA rules on whether to grant or deny each request. If the request is granted, those students are not scrambled, but are assigned a time as close to their requested time as possible in the order in which their requests were received.
