How are the sleeping arrangements set up?
First floor is the master, usually for the host. It is a king and has his and her bathrooms with shared shower. Second floor is the guest bedroom which has a queen sized bed and a pull out sofa bed. Tight when it’s pulled out, but there is also an office (very small) on that floor where the computer is. And there is a twin sized air mattress in the cabinet if you need that. Third floor is the loft which has a queen sized bed also. Bathroom on second floor for both. The living room has a 12 ft. sofa that is very comfortable and the doors between the living room and dining and kitchen close and you can access the kitchen from the deck without disturbing those sleeping in the living if you need to do that. We’ve had people in all locations and it does work. Most comfortable with 6 but we’ve had a lot more.
