How are the Short-term Disability (STD) benefits calculated?
• This chart shows what your STD benefit would be based on your years of service. The percentage indicates how much of your pay you would receive for that length of time. Please note: Commission-only associates with less than five years of service receive $500/ week. Commission-only associates with five or more years of service are eligible for the benefit amount and duration specified in the chart based on the prior years W-2 wages capped at $100,000.
