For UK addresses that are not highlands or islands we use Fedex (formerly ANC). For all other addresses we use Parcel Force. We are only able to deliver to UK, N. Ireland, and Channel Islands. We deliver to the address of the card holder, if payment is made by credit or debit card. If more convenient, we can deliver to an alternative address but require the full address of the card holder and a contact landline telephone number. Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered. If a product is in stock at ECCO Oxford we will endeavour to deliver within 3 working days. If the product is in stock in Denmark we will endeavour to deliver within 10 working days. We will contact you by phone or email to communicate any delay in dispatching your order.
