How are the shipping costs calculated?
The Free Shipping offer is available on all orders of $50.00 or more, delivered within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground or freight carrier (if the product is oversized). Orders that do not meet the Free Shipping requirement will be charged a flat rate fee of $15.00. We are happy to accommodate your requests for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, and our Support department will contact you with a shipping quote after you submit the order. Shipping calculations are applied to orders before taxes.
We make every effort to keep our postage charges affordable yet ensuring you get the fastest and most secure delivery service. All parcels are sent with Royal Mail First Class delivery service (for UK orders) or Royal Mail Airmail delivery service (for International orders) – whilst you have the option to choose between an Insured and an Uninsured method. Please note: only Insured parcels are trackable on Royal Mail’s website. Shipping rates for all items are weight-based and depend on your distance from the UK – please refer to www.royalmail.com for a list of their price/weight charges.
