How are the seminars organized?
The seminars are different from the lectures as we expect you to participate with questions and ideas. A typical seminar will start by brainstorming what you already know about the topic and by sharing your ideas with your colleagues. Then the trainer will discuss the topic in detail with the whole group. Some seminars will require that the trainer gives a demonstration of the teaching skill in question. You will have the opportunity to practice that particular skill with your group.
