Semi-finalists will be selected by Keith Kimberlin, a renowned celebrity pet photographer, from all Internet entries received during each two week period. Grand Prize winners will be chosen from the semi-finalists by a public vote on the Minnesota State Lottery Cutest Pet Contest web site.
