Payments are sent one of 2 ways for all the billers. • Most scheduled payments are sent electronically and funds are withdrawn from the customer’s accounts on the payment date. • A fraction of payments are sent as paper checks. Funds for these checks are withdrawn from the customer’s accounts based on when the biller processes the payment.
