How are the roles of Kitchen and Garden Specialist funded?
Schools are responsible for funding the Kitchen Specialist and Garden Specialist roles. Grants funds may only be used for the establishment of the kitchen and garden. Schools must be able to demonstrate that they can fund these specialist positions and furthermore work toward the complete financial sustainability of the Program in the future.
