How are the RN Survey results reported to participating hospitals?
Participating hospitals receive an Initial Report 4 weeks after data collection and a Final Report at year end. Both Survey Reports include unit-level data from your hospital, along with unit type comparison data. The Initial Report includes comparison data from the prior year, while the Final Report includes the current year’s comparison data. To protect RN confidentiality, your hospital’s unit-level data does not include survey data from units with 4 or fewer responses or RN demographic data.
