How are the results of the audit communicated to the GC or CM?
Communication with the GC or CM is up to the owner, and typically is done in one of two ways. One, we review the results with the GC or CM after the field work is completed. Actually, some of this is done in any event just out of necessity. Second, some owners want to review the results first and then present them to the GC or CM. This is one of the up front determinations that we make when planning the audit. In either case we work with the Owner and assist with the negotiation in accordance with the Owner’s needs, until the Owner is satisfied with the results.
