HOW ARE THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS STAFFED?
All halls have a professional Residence Director. Each RD supervises the day-to-day operations which include supervising the Resident Assistant (RA) staff, handling conduct situations, as well as promoting social and educational programming for the hall. In addition to the RD supervision, you will have the most contact with the RAs. The RAs are responsible for a designated section of a floor. We select and train upper-class “campus leaders” to serve as counselor, administrator, disciplinarian, activity director, role model and friend.
