How are the ratings calculated?
The “Total Satisfaction Rating” is calculated with an equal weighting to each question. It provides an overall indication of employee satisfaction. The mean (average) is provided for each item. The Total Satisfaction Rating is the sum of all questions, presented as a mean. Scores are listed as gold 7-5.7, silver 5.69-4.6 and bronze 4.95-3.5 and participant 3.49-1. “Job Satisfaction” is the average response to a single question. “How satisfied are you with your job, overall?” There are many statistical tools to analyse Employee Satisfaction data.
