All Scottish councils are existing SQA-approved centres. However, Renfrewshire Council, on behalf of all Scottish councils will act as the Central Administration Point (CAP) and will fulfil the quality assurance and audit role for the qualification, supported by the LMS provider, to meet the quality assurance and audit processes required by SQA. The CAP will similarly provide a centrally supported candidate registration, management and certification process.
