How are the placements organised?
Before the Christmas break each student draws up an individual plan for the placement with guidance from the module leader. The plan is based on the student’s own research. This may include considering placement offers made to the Department from a variety of cultural organisations. Students will then have two months to make their final choice of an organisation which fulfils their aims and objectives. By the beginning of March students will embark on an agreed 10 week programme of work or project, supervised by a manager at the host organisation.
