How are the PEC seats licensed?
PEC seats allow unlimited access to all the titles on the Progress eLearning Catalog for named users. Each user must submit their name, company information, and email address in order to receive a username and password. Users cannot share their assigned username and password. Names cannot be swapped during the subscription unless that person is no longer employed with the company.
