How are the payments scheduled for Billers?
As soon as we receive a bill from your Biller, we put it online in your Bill Inbox and send you an email noification. You can then log in to your Bill Inbox and click on Pay to schedule the payment. By default, we will fill up the bill amount and the bill date, to ensure that the payment is made on or before the due date. However, for some billers you have the option to reschedule the payment by changing the bill amount or the bill date. Please note that you will continue to receive the physical copy of the bill from your service providers.
