How are the panniers attached to the brackets?

A. The Panniers and soft luggage attach to the brackets through the use of a lower “rail” and two machined support washers and allen bolts (see photo). The mounting is very simple and secure with pannier removal only possible from inside. If the panniers are locked, they cannot be removed.
