How are the module exams handled?

Testing will be done outside of class time in the math computer lab. Students work their problems on worksheets in front of the computer, and answer on the computer. Most questions are multiple-choice, but some questions which do not adapt well to multiple choice will need write-in solutions or graphing on grid paper. The multiple choice questions will not receive partial credit. You can find out your score and see which problems you missed right after taking the exam. Testing is done in the Math Resource Center, in Math-Science, building 16, room 169. FSA testing will be open the second week of each module, 1 to 3:20 Thursday, 9:00 to 3:20 Friday, and Monday 9:00 to 3:20 p.m. Students can remaining in the testing area until 4:30 at the latest. The MRC closes its doors at 3:20. We recommend starting before 3:00. Even though the test taking times average about an hour, some people have used up to 3 hours.
