How are the Mantles made?
Solid wood construction (no pressed board, no composite) (all U.S.A.wood) (The mantles are Amish crafted one at a time using only the finest materials. The wood is made from solid pieces including solid wood, plywood and poplar as well as solid trim components.) Hand cut precision pieces, hand rubbed to accent wood’s character, hand stained with heat resistant catalyzed varnish. Uses mortise joint and kreg drilled design, 4 screws bolt the unit into the mantle, fluted trim sides and cove trim top, with 4 steel casters (2 stationary & 2 swivel wheels) so you can move it from room to room.
The Amish-made mantle is made of 100% real wood and top is comprised of a solid-wood and solid front trim pieces are made of plywood with real wood veneer.
