How are the Lux1540 treatments done?
The Palomar Lux1540 does not require topical anesthesia, dye application, or an elaborate cooling process, freeing the patient from long waits and tedious protocols. Treatments are done in a comfortable and cooled room, while reclined, and fully awake and alert. A stamping approach is used to treat discreet areas resulting in uniform microbeam penetration, a consistency that cannot be matched by systems using a scanning approach.
