HOW ARE THE LETTERS AND GIFTS DELIVERED?
Once a month we send all the letters which have arrived at our Dundee offices to the countries where the children are sponsored. If letters need translating, our partners in these countries will then translate the letters before passing them on to the families. If necessary, our partners will also help the children write their replies. In some areas families can live further away from our local office and so letters to and from these families can take slightly longer to deliver.
