How are the ladders shipped?

All of our products are shipped in corrugated boxes to help protect the contents during transit. All ladders, accessories, and planks are shipped fully assembled, with the exception of the Wall Stand-off, which requires minimal assembly. Included with each ladder is an owner’s manual. Also included is a warranty card that can be completed and mailed to the manufacturer to activate the warranty. Each ladder has been personally inspected at the factory to ensure the highest quality.
